When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped how farms and attractions could safely welcome the public, Lionel’s Farm needed a fast, reliable solution. We integrated a third-party booking plugin to enable full e-commerce ticketing directly through the website. This gave the farm complete control over visitor capacity, allowing them to manage the number of guests on-site at any given time — a practical and effective tool for maintaining social distancing and keeping both visitors and staff safe during an unprecedented period.
Results and Impact
What began as a pandemic necessity has become the preferred way for guests to plan their visits. The online booking system remains the primary ticketing method to this day, simply because visitors have embraced the convenience and the farm has benefited from the predictability it provides.
