We took advantage of the timing to improve their graphic designs and product photography. The ‘sales’ pages support direct marketing television campaigns. The online form is provided for direct mail sales. Most of their sales are business to business. Online retailing is provided for one product via PayPal.

The site also features social media links, Facebook and Pinterest. An infomercial style video is embedded in the home page. The website provided product support and a FAQ section for consumers and retailers. The ET Industries office also maintains the content and interaction between website users through feedback forms and comments.
